US looks weak as Big Three seek bailout in Congress

The US is set to open lower as stock index futures are flat. Big Three plead in Congress to avoid bankruptcies. Interest-rate cuts are expected in the United Kingdom and in Europe. Toyota closes a plant in Japan.
