AOL veteran Grant Cerny has landed a new gig at KickApps, which helps publishers add social networking features to sites.

Grant surpised AOL when he decided to take the buyout package it was offering. He was Vice President, Entertainment, Living & Real-time Products, which is part of AOL’s media business.
